Fibrwrap® is looking for professionals ready to undertake the unique challenge of being construction experts in the scientifically thought-provoking field of protection engineering. In addition to a solid engineering background and relevant experience for acquiring a Fibrwrap® Construction Franchise License, the prospective Franchisee must be able to fulfil the following financial terms:

Entry Fee
One-time, non-refundable brand-transfer fee of twenty thousand Euros (€ 20,000), due immediately upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement.

Capital Fee
Non-refundable technology-transfer fee of a total of eighty hundred thousand Euros (€ 80,000) for the acquisition of the rights to Franchisor’s technologies. This fee guarantees the exclusive use of the Franchisor’s technologies in the particular country.

Annual Royalty Fee
An annual fee (see below) for the use of the Franchisor’s Trademarks, Brand names, Intellectual Property, as well as the provided consulting on technical, accounting, legal, managerial etc. support and promotional and research activities. It also covers continuing R&D and new technologies.

Out-of-Pocket Expenses
Out-of-pocket expenses of Franchisor’s personnel working or travelling per Franchisee’s request will be paid separately.

4. Annual Royalty Fee 7.50% for first 24 months, 5% thereafter
5. Grace Period (months) 0
6. 6-Month Extension Fee € 9,000
7. Marketing Materials Entry Package

Definitions:

  1. Franchise Acquisition Plan: Provisional, Starters, Movers, Flyers
  2. Contract Period (months): 6, 12, 18, 24, Indefinite
  3. Entry Fee: One-time, non-refundable brand transfer fee € 20,000, due immediately upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement.
  4. Capital Fee: € 0, € 20,000, € 40,000, € 80,000. Non-refundable technology-transfer fee for the acquisition of the rights to Franchisor’s associated technologies. This fee guarantees the exclusive use of the Franchisor’s associated technologies in the Country.
  5. Annual Royalty Fee: 7.50%, 6.25%, 5.00%. An annual fee for the use of the Franchisor’s Trademarks, Brand names, Intellectual Property, as well as the provided consulting on technical, accounting, legal, managerial etc. support and promotional and research activities. It also covers continuing R&D and new technologies.
  6. Grace Period (months): 0, 6, 12. The initial period during which the Franchisee is not obliged to pay the Annual Royalty Fee.
  7. Extension Fee: € 9,000, € 6,000, € 3,000, € 0. Fee required for each 6-month extension of the particular financial program.
  8. Marketing Materials: Entry Package, Initial Package, Full & Ongoing Package.
